HOLIDAYS: We are closed on the holidays listed: Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day. Any questions during this time will be responded to the next business day.
You will have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel or change your purchase! We will ONLY allow allow a 24 hour time period. All sales on sunglasses, accessories and SALE items.
If you have received the wrong items, please reach out via email immediately, so that we can fix the issue as soon as possible. No pair of sunglasses will be accepted back for exchange if deemed worn or damaged.
Items must be send back within 3 days of return label being sent. Items must be send back in the same condition they were sent. Not meeting this deadline or returning product if qualified for exchange will result in a lost of exchange.
Qualification for Exchange ONLY
- Broken or damaged item upon delivery arrival.
- Customer will have up to 7 Business days to reach out about damage product, anything outside this window will not qualify you for a exchange.
- We do not exchange Sunglasses or Accessories for different colors.
USPS is recommended when sending items back. We do not supply return labels for exchanges. Only special circumstances only will we provide label.
