Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund & Return Policy

All customers will have 24 hours to cancel or have changes to their order before being processed. Once items have been processed & shipped, order modifications such as address, phone or email will not be able to be changed. Please insure that you put the correct shipping address when checking out. 

Return/Refund Qualifications

  • 7 day return period
  • Sunglasses or other item must NOT be worn or damaged
  • Return Tracking number must be submitted to @ Weekendshage@gmail.com or contact form by given deadline date.
  • Weekend Shade Sunglasses do not provide return labels 
  • 12.99 or less / Sales items are final sale

Note, you will only be refunded for the item amount. Returns that fall outside of given dates will not be refunded & returned to sender. Please make sure that returned products that are allowed refund are not worn & or damaged. Weekend shade does not provide return labels for refunded items.

Missed or incorrect address

- For missed or incorrect address deliveries, which leads to packages being returned to sender, orders with this issue will ONLY be refunded for item amount & not shipping. Please proof read your address & make sure it is correct before checking out. 

Exchange/ Damaged Items 

 For exchange of a damaged or incorrect items, Contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can replace or exchange item in a timely matter. Damage products will only be replaced & not refunded We will issue a return label for exchange products only. No pair of sunglasses will be accepted back for exchange if deemed worn or damaged. 

Qualification for Exchange ONLY

  • Broken or damaged item upon delivery arrival. 
  • Customer will have up to 7 Business days to reach out about damage product, anything outside this window will not qualify you for a exchange.
  • We do not exchange Sunglasses or Accessories for different colors. 
  • All sunglasses accessories are final sale an can not be exchanged.
